CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY

At Jump N Fun Inflatables, safety is our highest priority. We understand that weather and unforeseen circumstances can affect event plans. The following policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and weather-related situations are handled.

Customer Cancellations

Customers should notify Jump N Fun Inflatables as soon as possible if they need to cancel a reservation.

Cancellation fees, deposits, and credits may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and any agreements made at the time of booking.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Jump N Fun Inflatables closely monitors weather conditions prior to delivery.

For safety reasons, inflatables may not be operated during:

• Lightning or thunderstorms

• High winds

• Severe weather warnings

• Flooding conditions

• Any conditions deemed unsafe by Jump N Fun Inflatables

If unsafe weather is expected, Jump N Fun Inflatables may cancel, delay, or reschedule the rental.

Rescheduling Due to Weather

When possible, weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled to another available date.

Availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to scheduling openings.

Setup Day Weather Decisions

Weather conditions can change rapidly. Final decisions regarding setup will be made by Jump N Fun Inflatables based on current and forecasted conditions.

Safety decisions made by Jump N Fun Inflatables are final.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a safe setup area and notifying Jump N Fun Inflatables of any site conditions that may impact setup or operation.

Equipment Shutdown

If severe weather develops during a rental period, customers must immediately stop use of the inflatable and follow all safety instructions provided by Jump N Fun Inflatables.
