RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement is entered into between Jump N Fun Inflatables ("Company") and the customer ("Renter") for the rental of inflatable equipment and related items.
Agreement to Terms
By reserving, paying for, accepting delivery of, or using rental equipment provided by Jump N Fun Inflatables, the Renter agrees to all terms contained in this Agreement.
Delivery and Pickup
Jump N Fun Inflatables will deliver and set up the equipment at the agreed location and return for pickup at the scheduled time.
The Renter agrees not to move, relocate, alter, or tamper with the equipment after setup.
Safe Operation
The Renter agrees to:

Follow all safety instructions provided.

Ensure adult supervision at all times.

Prevent unsafe use of the equipment.

Remove shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and gum before use.

Restrict use during unsafe weather conditions.
Weather Conditions
The Renter agrees that equipment shall not be used during:

Lightning
-
Thunderstorms
-
High winds
-
Severe weather conditions
The Renter will immediately discontinue use if unsafe conditions develop.
Equipment Responsibility
The Renter assumes responsibility for the equipment from delivery until pickup.
The Renter agrees to protect the equipment from:

Theft
-
Vandalism
-
Damage
-
Misuse
-
Unauthorized use
The Renter may be financially responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence or misuse.
Water Units
For water slides and water attractions, the Renter agrees to provide access to a functioning water source and hose unless otherwise arranged.
Electrical Requirements
The Renter agrees to provide adequate electrical service within a reasonable distance of the setup location unless a generator has been rented.
Release of Liability
The Renter understands that inflatable activities involve inherent risks. The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the rental equipment.
Jump N Fun Inflatables shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use or misuse of the equipment except as required by law.
Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jump N Fun Inflatables, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities arising from the use of rental equipment.
Entire Agreement
This Rental Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Weather Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
Acceptance
By reserving equipment from Jump N Fun Inflatables, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Rental Agreement.
