Welcome to Jump N Fun Inflatables. By reserving or renting equipment from Jump N Fun Inflatables, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Jump N Fun Inflatables. Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Delivery and Setup
Jump N Fun Inflatables will deliver, set up, and remove equipment at the agreed-upon location. Customers must ensure adequate access to the setup area and provide a safe, level surface free of debris, animal waste, sprinkler heads, and other hazards.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for setup at public locations.
Adult Supervision
A responsible adult (18 years or older) must supervise all inflatable equipment at all times during operation. Jump N Fun Inflatables is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety rules.
Safety Rules

No shoes on inflatables.

No sharp objects, food, gum, drinks, silly string, or confetti on or near equipment.

No climbing on walls, nets, or exterior surfaces.

Jumpers should be grouped by similar size and age whenever possible.

Follow all safety instructions provided at setup.

Unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of use without refund.
Weather Policy
Customer safety is our top priority. Equipment must not be operated during high winds, lightning, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions.
Jump N Fun Inflatables reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather conditions. Weather-related decisions will be made at the discretion of Jump N Fun Inflatables.
Equipment Responsibility
The customer assumes responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. The customer agrees to protect the equipment from damage, theft, vandalism, misuse, and unauthorized use.
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
Water Units
For water slides and water attractions, the customer must provide a working water source and water hose within a reasonable distance of the setup location unless otherwise arranged.
Power Requirements
The customer must provide adequate electrical service within a reasonable distance of the setup area unless a generator rental has been arranged.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the separate Cancellation and Weather Policy posted on this website.
Limitation of Liability
Jump N Fun Inflatables shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of rental equipment except as required by law.
Acceptance
By reserving equipment from Jump N Fun Inflatables, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
